Week 99... The Last Week

Hey everyone, i never thought this time would come. I cant believe how fast the mission has been. I have loved every minute of it. There where a lot of difficulties, sadness, happiness, laughs, and emotions! I am so very grateful for these two years the Lord has given me to serve him. I know i was not the best person at home and i am not gonna go home the best person but the mission has changed my life. I love Brasil and the people here! I love and thank my Heavenly Father for letting me have these experiences that have changed my life. He has let me perform miracles here and i cant not deny the Priesthood power! I know that our Prophet Russell M. Nelson has all the Priesthood keys. I know that Jesus is the Christ the son of a living God, and his atonement is eternal. I know the Book of Mormon is true, its the most correct book on the earth. I love the Lord. I have found eternal happiness! love you all!

Week 98 2 Weeks

Hey everyone! I'm doing pretty good here. Just spending the time of my life while i can in Brasil!
I have learned a lot here and have seen many miracles. i cant believe it is coming to an end. So many thoughts in my head that i don't even know what to think anymore. But i love the church. I am happy of what i have done. I do not regret anything. I know the Gospel is true and its a Gospel of happiness. I have found eternal happiness! I have seen many lives change, but most importantly mine.

Week 96 October!!

Hey everyone do you all know what today is?? The first day of October, which means ill be home soon! The end of this month! What the, time flies! This week was alright i cant really remember what happened but i was good! Not much else is happening! We are so close with the family of 6 getting baptized! So i'm stoked!

Week 94...LAST TRANSFER

Wassup my fellow white Americans. I miss you guys, but in 6 weeks I'll be home! This week was fine i guess, i cant remember what happened! Time is flying!
We also had 10 investigators at church with us and the Branch frequency was 48 its improved 20 people since I've been here! The people are very excited and happy!

Week 93

So this week was pretty cool i guess. We got to meet Elder Bassett from the 70 and also he is in the Presidency of the area Brasil!
It was way cool and that man knows so many scriptures holy cow lol.
Other than that not much is happening. We are starting a marriage process this week for this family of 8!!! Super stoked for them! Also like 7 more weeks lol. time is passing too fast! love you all!

Week 92

This is the 3rd week we are without a cell phone here. So no one knows that we are alive and good. Lol but im fine. We were walking to a members house to use a phone and literally no one walks on this street. A older lady comes running and crying begging for help, we get to her house and her mom (which is 94) is on the ground. We lift her up and carry her to the bed and give her a priesthood blessing. The next day we check up and the mom is better. It was a crazy lesson. The priesthood is powerful. The priesthood is restored here today. Our Prophet holds all the Priesthood keys!

Week 89 FIRE!

Hey everyone. So Im in Santo Antonio with my companion Elder Da Silva. He is from São Paulo. He has 1 year and 10 months as a member. He is a bit shy but that will change soon! We are in a branch of about 20-25 members. There is a lot of work to be done. Ive heard that this area is one of the hardests.
We were going through our area book to teach some people. We found a women and her daugther. The daughter said to us that she was praying to Heavenly Father is she should be baptized. So we are helping her prepare for her baptism. We have a family home evening with her and some members tonight. Pray that everything goes well and that she accepts to be batptized Sunday! Miracles are real. God has always done them and will continue to do so!

Week 88

Hey my people from the states! Well, I'm getting transferred tomorrow! I'm gonna train a new missionary again! I'm super excited! I'm going to the Osório! To the beach baby!!! Its gonna be super dope. The zone is gonna be so powerful. Only 10 missionaries will be there, 3 of us who were leaders that are gonna train there!

Week 87

Hey everyone. Im doing good here. We had a good Zone Conference! Everyone loved it. Not much is going on. We are working. Time is flying. I love this place. Dont want it to end! Also had an interview with President Jones in English. Was so weird!
We are going to Porto Alegre Wednesday for a leadership meeting.

Week 86 Friends

Hey everyone! I hope you are all doing good! I miss you guys a ton but time is flying! Well not much is happening here! I love the mission. Friday we have a zone conference so we will be preparing for that. After we all have interviews with President Jones which im stoked for. Even better than that is that after he will be doing a splits with me and my companion! A Trio of Power!

Week 85 Hey Friends!

Um so this week was cool. We didn't have a ton of time in our area. We met President Jones and his family on Tuesday! He's super awesome and such a beautiful family. On Wednesday we had a leaders meeting at his house. Sister Jones made lunch for like 40 missionaries. Super good american lasagna!( idk how to spell so mom help me out!) Santa Cruz is cool! The zone is having a lot of hard times so just trying to help them out,. Pray for Zone Santa Cruz! Love you all!

Week 83 Happy 4th Everyone

Hey peeps,  miss me? I'm doing really good here in Santa Cruz. I love this place. My Companion, Elder Soares is so fun. I love him. We are gonna have a blast and baptize the heck out of people! We had a baptism yesterday. A man named Luis who is 54 years old. He told us that he was coming home from a friends house...praying that he could find a way in his life. A little later that night i stopped him in the street. We went to his house the next day. Showed him the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Went to church with us and the next week changed his life forever. He was baptized yesterday! We helped him stop smoking. (which he has been smoking since hes been 18) I love the Gospel. I know its true! I know it changes lives. Its never too late.
Also our new President got here! We meet him next week!!
We also have another baptism this week.
Also happy 4th of July! I love America!!!

Hey everyone. Well today is transfers. I'll be staying here in Santa Cruz cause i just got here 2 weeks ago. My new companion is Elder Soares. He is dope so I'm excited. We have a lot of work to do with our area and zone!
